DESCRIPTION:\nScientific rationale\nStrong gravitational lensing is enteri
ng a new era. The coming decade will witness a revolution in both the numb
er and diversity of gravitational lenses\, driven by transformational faci
lities such as Euclid\, the Vera C. Rubin Observatory (LSST)\, the Square
Kilometre Array (SKA)\, the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope\, and the fu
ture time-domain and multi-messenger observatories. These facilities will
discover hundreds of thousands of new lenses while opening the door to ent
irely new classes of lensed sources and scientific applications.\nBeyond t
he traditional study of lensed galaxies and quasars\, strong lensing is ra
pidly expanding into the time domain\, with lensed transients\, and\, even
tually\, gravitational-wave events providing new opportunities to probe co
smology\, dark matter\, and fundamental physics. At the same time\, the in
creasingly high precision is enabling entirely new science\, from resolvin
g individual stars at cosmological distances to directly measuring the sma
ll scale distribution of dark matter\, studying galaxy evolution with extr
eme magnification\, and testing gravity on cosmic scales.\nThe field is al
so enriched by increasingly sophisticated lens modelling and statistical t
echniques\, which are transforming how physical information can be extract
ed from strong lenses found in large surveys.\nThis conference aims at bri
nging together the strong lensing community to discuss the opportunities a
nd challenges that will define strong gravitational lensing in the next de
cade. By focusing on new surveys\, new sources\, new lenses\, and new scie
nce\, the meeting aims to foster interactions to actively prepare for the
next generation of gravitational lensing discoveries.\n \nScientific orga
